Personal Training

As a certified personal trainer, my priority is to provide functional everyday training for my clients to help them enjoy life and feel good doing it.

While I specialize in working with kids and helping them appreciate exercise and physical activities, I can provide a range of training options for parents as well, focusing on free-weight training, light dumbbell work, plyometrics, running, and more.

My workouts are outside, in nature, focusing on training that is easily accessible. If that’s what you’re looking for, let’s work.

On Demand Training

With kids in mind, I’m building a library of on-demand classes they can take throughout the year.

As a dad, one of my daughter’s favorite activities is doing an online workout with our family. Whether it’s as simple as doing jumping jacks or doing lunges on the move, some kids need a little push to get moving, and that’s what these videos are designed to do.

Whether you’re a homeschool parent, looking for fun physical activities for your kids, or a parent just looking to get your kids moving, this library of videos will help you accomplish your goals without listening to repetitive kids music on repeat.

Personalized PE Instructor

There are more than 60,000 homeschooled kids in California, many of them in Solano County. While parents do a great job helping their kids achieve their Physical Education goals, it can be repetitive finding new activities to do on a daily basis.

As a Solano County resident, I would love to help your family achieve its Physical Education goals, be it leading a family hike through Lagoon Valley or organizing a basketball game between your homeschool network.

All kids deserve a good Physical Education, and I would love to work with your family to create and deliver a plan that works for you.

Group Training

As a ten year coach, I’ve worked with groups of kids on their physical fitness, developing training plans that allow us to thrive as a team.

Teamwork has built in accountability, which is why group workouts tend to be successful. Whether it’s a baseball team, looking to be more agile, or a corporate function looking to enjoy a nice workout together, I can put together a plan that works for you.

Basketball Training

Basketball is a beautiful sport. I’ve played it my entire life. Now I have the privledge of coaching my daughters’ teams and my greatest joys are watching kids thrive on the court.

My philosphy is simple: have fun. We work hard, we learn, we grow, etc. but fun is the baseline of everything I do as a coach.

Studies show fun based training activities help kids learn the game more than completing drill after drill. Through games that focus on strategic thinking, agility, moving without the ball, and defense, I aim to help kids become well rounded basketball players and better teammates as well.

Track & Field Training

As an athlete, I’ve had my greatest successes on the track. In High School, I was a league champion Triple Jumper and a California State Track and Field Triple Jump finalist.

After high school, I coached at my alma mater, Will C Wood, for seven seasons, helping dozens of athletes exceed their athletic goals.

My work as an athlete and a coach led me to be named to Will C. Wood’s 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame. I would love to work with your kids to help them achieve their goals on the Track.
